WORK PLAN

During the first week the members of JLMP Engineering met to determine the guidelines for this project. At the meeting held on 02/10/2017 we began the development of the first version of our work plan. This is very important for the project to proceed. Because we set goals, define and distribute the tasks, responding to the following criteria:

1- Assemble the structure of the project;

2- List activities;

3- Estimate duration of activities;

4- Define resources of the activities;

5- Define dependencies between activities;

6- Define calendar for activities.

Initially, it was decided to create the work plan in Excel software, which is responsible for the preparation of spreadsheets. However, from third parties, we prioritize the use of Microsoft Project because it was classified by us as ideal for the management of our project.

In this way, our work plan was in accordance with images 1 and 2 below:
